01About these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Class Insurance AIC LLC, which operates TruckQuoteFight (“TruckQuoteFight”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you use truckquotefight.com, submit a quote request, or receive calls, texts or emails from us.

By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site — you can still call us at (360) 450-2211. These Terms are also available на русском языке.

02Who we are

TruckQuoteFight is a brand of Class Insurance AIC LLC, 201 NE Park Plaza Dr, Suite 110, Vancouver, WA 98684. TruckQuoteFight is not an insurance company. We don’t issue policies, set rates or pay claims — insurance companies do.

03What we do — and don’t

• How it works. You tell us about your trucking operation. A licensed agent at Class Insurance AIC LLC shops your commercial truck insurance with the insurance companies and markets we work with and presents your options.
• Partner agencies. If, and only if, you tick the partner box, we may also send your request to up to 3 licensed agencies listed on our Partners page, who may contact you with their own quotes.
• No guarantee. We can’t promise that you will receive a quote, a particular price, savings or coverage. Availability, coverage and rates depend on underwriting, your state, your operation, your drivers’ records and each insurance company’s rules. Not every market is available in every state.
• A quote is not coverage. A quote is an estimate based on the information provided and can change. Coverage starts only when an insurance company agrees to it and we or the insurance company confirm it in writing (for example, a binder or policy). Don’t cancel your current policy until your new coverage is confirmed.
• General information only. Information on this site, such as coverage descriptions, is general. It is not advice for your specific situation and not part of any insurance contract. The policy itself controls. Talk to a licensed agent about your needs.

04How we are paid

Requesting quotes through TruckQuoteFight is free.

• When you buy a policy through us, the insurance company pays us a commission, usually a percentage of your premium. Some insurance companies may also pay us extra compensation based on the volume or profitability of the business we place with them.
• If you tick the partner box, partner agencies pay us a fee for each request we send them. That fee does not depend on whether you buy anything from them.
• If any fee to you applies to a policy (for example, a policy fee charged by a market), it will be disclosed to you in writing before you buy.

You can ask us about the compensation we receive for your policy.

05Your responsibilities

• You are at least 18 and authorised to request insurance for the business you name.
• The information you give us is true, accurate and complete, and you will update it if it changes. Insurance applications must be answered truthfully — wrong or missing information can void coverage or lead to claims being denied.
• You give only your own phone number and email, or ones you are authorised to use. Tell us if your number changes.
• You will not submit someone else’s information without permission, submit false or fraudulent requests, use bots or scripts to submit forms or collect content, probe or interfere with our security or systems, or use the site for anything unlawful.

06Calls, texts and emails

Our quote form shows two optional checkboxes. They start unticked, and you don’t have to tick either one to get quotes.

• Texts and AI assistant calls from TruckQuoteFight. If you tick this box, you agree that TruckQuoteFight may text you and that its AI assistant may call you about your request at the number you gave us, including by automated means and with an artificial (AI) or prerecorded voice. See the text message terms and AI assistant calls.
• Partner agencies. If you tick this box, you agree that up to 3 licensed partner agencies listed on our Partners page when you submit may call or email you about truck insurance quotes, including by automated means. Partner agencies do not receive your consent to text you.

When you submit the form, you ask us to contact you about your request. Our licensed agents will call and email you about it; calls may be recorded. The exact wording shown next to the button and checkboxes when you submit is what you agreed to; we keep a copy with the date and time.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can get quotes without agreeing to automated calls or texts by calling us at (360) 450-2211.

Changing your mind. You can take back your consent at any time, in any reasonable way: reply STOP to a text, tell the caller, reply to an email, call us, or use our request form. We honour it promptly. To stop a partner agency, tell that agency directly; you can also tell us and we will pass it on.

Wrong number? If you get a call or text from us that wasn’t meant for you, reply STOP or call us, and we will stop.

07Text message terms

Program

TruckQuoteFight quote updates, sent by Class Insurance AIC LLC (d/b/a TruckQuoteFight).

What you’ll get

Messages about your truck insurance request: confirmation, a secure link for your documents and reminders about it, follow-ups, questions, quote updates and replies to your messages.

How often

Message frequency varies with your request (for example, a confirmation, a documents link and up to 3 reminders while documents are missing), plus replies to your messages. No more than 3 a day, and only Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm in your local time.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan.

Stop

Reply STOP to cancel (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPTOUT also work). You may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to subscribe again.

Help

Reply HELP, or call (360) 450-2211 (Mon–Fri, 7 am–5 pm Pacific).

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We never sell or share your text-message opt-in or consent with anyone. See our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the phone, or authorised by the account holder.

08AI assistant calls, texts and call recording

If you tick the first checkbox on our form (texts and AI assistant calls), you agree that TruckQuoteFight’s AI assistant — software that speaks with an artificial (AI) voice — may call and text you about your request at the number you gave us, including by automated means and with an artificial or prerecorded voice.

• It always tells you it is an AI and that the call is recorded, in its first sentence. It helps you finish your request: it explains which documents insurers need, sends or re-sends the secure link for them, answers simple questions and passes you to a licensed agent when you ask (Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm Pacific).
• It never quotes prices, binds or changes coverage, or gives legal advice, and it never asks you to say a driver’s license number, date of birth, Social Security number or bank details out loud. Anything it says about insurance is general information; only a licensed agent’s written quote and an insurance company’s written confirmation count.
• Timing. Calls only during daytime hours in your local time (by default Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm), up to 2 attempts a day and 4 per request.
• Recording. Calls with the AI assistant are recorded and transcribed, and calls with our agents may be recorded. By staying on the call after the notice, you agree to the recording. If you don’t agree, hang up and call us at (360) 450-2211. How we use and keep recordings is explained in our Privacy Policy.
• Stop. Say “stop” or “don’t call me” on the call, reply STOP to a text, or tell us any other way, and we stop AI calls and automated texts. This consent is optional, is not a condition of purchase, and is never given to partner agencies.

09Documents you upload

After you ask for quotes, we may send you a personal link to a secure page where you can upload loss runs, sign a loss-run authorization, and enter your drivers and your trucks and trailers. By using it, you confirm that:

• you are authorized to share these documents and details for the business named in your request, and each driver you list has agreed that you may give us their details for insurance quoting;
• the information is true and complete to the best of your knowledge;
• we may use it to quote and place your insurance — including ordering motor vehicle records for the drivers you list, which we do only for insurance underwriting — and share it with the insurance companies and markets we quote with.

Loss-run authorization. When you sign it, you ask your current and past insurers to release your loss runs to us. We send it only to those insurers, only to get your loss runs. You can cancel it for the future by telling us; it doesn’t undo a release already made.

Uploaded documents and driver and vehicle details are never sold or sent to partner agencies. Please don’t forward your link; it stops working after 30 days, and we can send you a new one. Our Privacy Policy explains how we protect this information, how long we keep it (2 years) and how to ask us to delete it.

10Partner agencies

Partner agencies are independent, licensed insurance agencies. They are not our employees or agents, and we are not responsible for their quotes, advice, products or conduct. If you work with a partner agency, your relationship is with that agency, under its own terms and privacy policy. The current list is on our Partners page.

11Our content

The site, the TruckQuoteFight name and logo, and the site’s text, graphics and code belong to Class Insurance AIC LLC or its licensors. You may use the site to get insurance for your own trucking business. Please don’t copy, change, resell or reuse our content or brand without our written permission.

12Other websites

The site may link to other websites, such as FMCSA or insurance company sites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.

13Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don’t promise that the site will always be available or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived by law, or the duties our licensed agents owe you when they act for you.

14Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the use of the site is limited to $100.

This section does not apply to liability that the law does not allow us to limit, and it does not change our professional obligations when we place insurance for you, which are governed by law and by any separate agreement with you.

15Your responsibility for misuse

If you submit someone else’s information without permission, submit false information, or break these Terms, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from the resulting claims, including claims by the people whose information you submitted.

16Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law or your state’s consumer protection law applies. Any dispute about these Terms or the site will be decided by the state or federal courts for Clark County, Washington, unless the law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.

17Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date. Changes apply from the date they are posted. The consent you gave when you submitted a request stays as you saw it at that time.

18General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don’t enforce a right, we don’t give it up. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policy documents you receive, are the whole agreement about the site. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a successor of our agency or this brand.
